  • Non-Disclosure Agreement
First of all let's complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

  • Patent or No Patent?
If you don't already have a patent and would like to apply for one, we can refer you to our
patent attorney, Adam Jacobs, or you can choose to work with whom ever you prefer.
Please keep in mind that all new products and ideas may not be worth the time and cost of
applying for a patent. A good patent attorney should discuss this with you upfront, before
you spend any money with them.
Whether or not you decide upon the patent issue, See2Sea will still assist you in getting
your product to the next level.

  • Rapid Prototyping
We can help you with your prototype design with our Rapid Prototyping Service and
partners. This process allows us to "perfect" your prototype before we send it to our
factories for pre-production sampling.

  • Production Samples
We then take your finalized prototype and ship it to our factory's in order to have them build
us a sample. Once the sample is finished we will be able to provide you with the tooling cost
for your product as well as any additional fees, ie. molds, special materials, etc.
We will then be able to determine your manufactured cost per piece so that we can start
pre-selling your product to all of our selling group networks.  

  • Packaging & Box Design
Don't forget about the packaging of your product. After all, it's what catches your eye when
you are shopping. The packaging can make or break a product as well.
With over 20 years experience in this area our marketing graphics department can assist
you in the various packaging types and box design. You will also need a UPC code for your
product. We can help with this as well.

  • Sales and Marketing
In addition to utilizing our buying contacts with QVC, Ace Hardware, Menards, LTD, etc.,
See2Sea's is a member of MANA (Manufacturer's Agents National Association). This
affiliation provides us access to over 9000 MSR's (Manufacturer's Sales Representatives).
These reps are already established in many of the wholesale and retail outlets. They can
provide a direct link with the buyers of these major store chains.
